Terms & Conditions

By using phpsecure, you agree to the terms below regarding encoding, licensing, and service usage.

1. Service Overview

phpsecure provides PHP encoding tools, loader extensions, and licensing services that allow customers to distribute PHP applications without exposing source code. The service may be accessed through web tools, CLI tools, or APIs.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share access with unauthorized users or attempt to bypass usage limits or licensing controls.

3. Encoding Usage

Encoded scripts remain your intellectual property. phpsecure does not claim ownership of your code. However, you agree not to use phpsecure for illegal, harmful, or malicious software distribution.

You must ensure that you have the legal right to encode and distribute any code processed by phpsecure.

4. Licensing & Restrictions

phpsecure allows domain locking, expiry dates, and usage restrictions. You agree not to attempt reverse engineering, modifying, or bypassing phpsecure loaders, licensing systems, or encoded output.

5. Subscription & Pricing

phpsecure offers subscription plans and may offer usage-based pricing (per file encoded, per project, or per customer license). Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of encoding services or license management tools.

6. Loader Installation

Encoded scripts require the phpsecure loader extension. You are responsible for installing loaders on client servers and ensuring compatibility with your PHP version and hosting environment.

7. No Guarantee of Absolute Security

phpsecure is designed to make source code extraction difficult, but no system is perfectly secure. We do not guarantee that encoded scripts cannot be analyzed or compromised.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect encoding or licensing services.

9. Limitation of Liability

phpsecure is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost revenue, data loss, or damages resulting from service interruptions, encoding errors, or misuse of the software.

10. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, attempt to bypass licensing, or use phpsecure for illegal purposes. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but existing fees are non-refundable.

11. Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated as phpsecure evolves. Continued use of the service after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
